Domestic Shipping Policy

All domestic orders ship within 24–48 hours. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us so we may assist.

Orders that are returned to us due to an insufficient, incorrect, or undeliverable address, or that go unclaimed, will be processed as standard returns. A refund will be issued once the item is received back at our facility.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders ship within 24–48 hours.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are assessed once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders that are refused upon delivery, abandoned in transit, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees are not eligible for a refund.
