We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries! We accept returns within 30 days** of purchase, according to the conditions below.

• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original manufacture tags, accessories and security tag attached.
• Flash Sale Items & Clearance Items ending in .98 cents are Final Sale and Cannot be returned.
  

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  

How refunds are issued:

• Original shipping fees and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

• Late Returns (any returns received after the 30 day return window); if accepted; you'll receive a refund of 80% of the item's price.
  

• Items that are missing original manufacture tags or red security tags; you'll receive a refund of 70% of the item's price

• Items not in the original condition; or have obvious item's signs of use will not qualify for a refund; You'll receive a refund of 0% of the item's price.
  

• Returns are processed and refunds issued within 3 business days.
